Can you book and brief a Mumbai team without being here?
Yes. Share your agenda, venue contact and delivery deadline, including the time zone. Before booking, confirm who will lead the coverage, which moments matter most and who can approve changes on the day. Relevant work helps you shortlist a team; a clear plan helps you commission the event remotely.
Proof should match the assignment
Choose work that resembles your event. For a conference, look beyond the keynote: review audience reactions, sponsor visibility and simultaneous sessions. For a leadership meeting, look for discreet coverage of the people and discussion.
Ask to see a relevant gallery or film that we have permission to share, and confirm who would cover your programme. Client names provide context; the work and the agreed brief should guide your decision.
Keep local coordination explicit
Share the agency or venue contact, access requirements, current agenda and priority people. Explain who can approve extra coverage if the programme changes while your overseas team is unavailable.
For urgent photographs, specify the recipient, channel and deadline in the relevant time zone. A team working in Mumbai should not have to infer a press-office deadline from a vague request for “morning delivery”.
Agree the commercial process before the travel week
Confirm billing details, approved payment arrangements, the advance and the point at which the date is secured. Ask questions early if your procurement process has additional steps.
If your organisation needs vendor registration, a purchase order or internal approval before confirming the assignment, share the requirements and decision dates at enquiry stage. Identify the person coordinating those steps. A production discussion and a completed booking are different stages; confirm the booking status rather than assuming paperwork can follow after the event.
The actual proposal governs the booking. We do not promise particular payment methods, currencies, security certifications or guaranteed standby capacity on the basis of this guide.
A useful distinction
| Question | Practical answer |
|---|---|
| Trust | Relevant work, reviews and a confirmed team. |
| Execution | Local contacts, schedule and responsibility for changes. |
| Delivery | Output, approval, channel and a named time zone. |
A useful event library shows what happened, who mattered, how the room responded and what the organisation needs to communicate next. We plan speaker, audience, brand, delegate and atmosphere coverage around those real uses.
International expectations, local execution
Mumbai context without the usual production uncertainty
We help teams arriving in India understand crew size, venue movement, permissions, stage access and realistic delivery windows before the event begins.
A predictable working process
Brief, plan, cover, deliver
The client-facing process stays simple, while responsibilities, priority moments and handoff deadlines stay specific.
Clarify the use
Confirm whether assets are for PR, LinkedIn, internal communications, sponsors, reporting or archive.
Map the event
Review rooms, simultaneous sessions, priority people, access rules and delivery deadlines.
Cover quietly
Coordinate with event, venue, stage, PR and leadership teams without interrupting proceedings.
Deliver in layers
Supply planned priority selects first, followed by the complete edited library and video outputs.
We do not just document the event. We make the room look as important as it was—and deliver the assets your team can use immediately.
Questions international teams ask
Planning corporate coverage in India
Final crew, travel, permissions and deliverables are confirmed against the actual programme.
Can you provide both photography and videography?
Yes. We coordinate photography, event films, session recordings, interviews and short social edits. Separate operators are recommended when important moments happen simultaneously.
Can you deliver photographs during the event?
Yes, when planned in advance. Same-day PR selects may require an onsite editor, protected editing windows and a clearly defined image count and deadline.
Do you work with overseas agencies and planners?
Review relevant work, share the event brief remotely, confirm the local lead and complete the agreed booking process.
Can you cover private or sensitive events?
Private galleries, restricted-access folders and NDA-friendly workflows are available. Event material is not posted publicly without permission.
Do you travel beyond Mumbai?
Tell-a-Tale Studios is Mumbai-based and available for select corporate and MICE assignments across India. Travel and local support are scoped transparently.
Do we need to be in Mumbai before the event?
Not necessarily. Venue coordination, a current agenda and clear local contacts can support remote planning.
What should we verify besides international client names?
The assigned team, relevant full work, local coordination, approval process, commercial terms and actual delivery commitments.
